Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid subscription plans ("Pro") purchased through Xpenza, a product of Moushree Enterprise LLP. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Free Tier

The Xpenza Free tier is provided at no cost. Since no payment is involved, this refund policy does not apply to the Free tier. You may continue using the Free tier indefinitely without any charges.

3. Subscription Plans

Xpenza Pro subscriptions are available in the following billing cycles:

  • Monthly: ₹99/month, billed monthly
  • Yearly: ₹999/year (equivalent to ₹83/month), billed annually

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Xpenza does not store your payment card details.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • Your Pro features will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • After the billing period ends, your account will automatically revert to the Free tier.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation.
  • Your data (expenses, income records, files stored in Google Drive) will not be deleted upon downgrade.

To cancel your subscription, navigate to your account settings in the Xpenza app, or contact our support team at Support.Xpenza@moushreeenterprise.com.

5. Refund Policy

All payments made for Xpenza Pro subscriptions are strictly non-refundable. Once a payment is successful and the subscription is activated, we do not offer refunds, either full or partial, for the current billing cycle.

If you do not wish to continue using the Pro features, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your Pro features will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will automatically revert to the Free tier.

6. Automatic Renewals

All Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will receive a reminder email 3 days before each renewal. If you do not wish to be charged for the next cycle, you must cancel before the renewal date.

7. Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and fairly. Chargebacks filed without prior communication may result in account suspension.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the paid service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
