Xpenza is a financial tracking application that allows users to:

- Manage reimbursements
- Upload and store bill images
- Generate financial reports
- Sync data with Google Drive
- Scan bills with AI (powered by Google Gemini)
- Collaborate with others on shared projects
3. User Accounts
To use Xpenza, you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your Google account
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring your account information is accurate
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Not upload malicious content or files
- Not attempt to interfere with the Service's operation
- Not share access with unauthorized users
- Maintain accurate financial records
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:
- Your financial data is stored in your own Google Drive
- We do not store your data on our servers
- You maintain full control over your data
- You can delete your data at any time
6. Subscription Tiers
Xpenza offers Free and Pro subscription tiers:
- Free: 15 AI bill scans/month, 2 projects, ad-supported
- Pro: 200 AI bill scans/month, unlimited projects, ad-free
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Moushree Enterprise LLP and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Third-Party Services
Xpenza integrates with third-party services including Google APIs. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- The results obtained will be accurate or reliable
- Any errors will be corrected
10. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL XPENZA OR MOUSHREE ENTERPRISE LLP BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
